5. A RESPONSIBILITY

The sports coach is responsible for:

1. General Provisions.

3.6. Draws up plans and programs of classes, ensures their implementation, maintains the established documentation and reporting.

3.8. Organizes the participation of students in sports events.

3.9. Provides, within its competence, advisory assistance to parents (legal representatives) of students, as well as to the teaching staff of the school.

3.10 . Ensures that, during classes, compliance with the rules of labor protection, safety and fire protection, the requirements of SanPiN, conducts safety briefings with students with mandatory registration in a standard journal.

3.11. Promptly informs the school administration about each accident, takes measures to provide first aid.

3.12. He improves his professional qualifications, participates in the activities of methodological associations and other forms of methodological work.

3.13 . Participates in the work of the pedagogical council of the school.

3.14. He undergoes periodic free medical examinations.

3.15. Complies with ethical standards of behavior at school, at home, in public places, corresponding to the social status of the teacher.

4. Rights.

The trainer-teacher has the right:

4.1. Participate in the management of the school in the manner determined by the Charter of the School.

4.2. To protect professional honor and dignity.

4.3. To get acquainted with complaints and other documents containing an assessment of his work, to give explanations on them.

4.4. Protect their interests independently or through a representative, including a lawyer, in the event of a disciplinary investigation or internal investigation related to the violation by the coach of the norms of professional activity and ethics.

4.5 . To the confidentiality of a disciplinary (official) investigation, with the exception of cases provided for by the Law.

4.6. Freely choose and use teaching and upbringing methods, teaching aids and materials, textbooks, methods for assessing students' knowledge.

4.7 . Raise your qualifications.

4.8 .Certify on a voluntary basis for the appropriate qualification category and receive it in accordance with the Regulations on certification, in case of successful completion.

4.9. Give students mandatory orders during classes and rest related to the organization of classes and observance of discipline, bring students to disciplinary responsibility in the cases and in the manner established by the Charter and the Internal Labor Regulations of the school.

5. Responsibility.

5.1. The trainer-teacher is responsible under the legislation of the Russian Federation for the quality of the implementation of educational programs, the life and health of children during classes, the violation of their rights and freedoms.

5.2. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and the Internal Labor Regulations, legal orders and orders of the school principal and other local regulations, job duties established by this instruction, the trainer-teacher shall be subject to disciplinary liability in the manner determined by the Labor Code.

5.3. For the use, including a single one, of methods of education associated with physical or mental violence against the personality of the student, as well as the commission of another immoral offense, the trainer-teacher may be relieved of his position in accordance with the Labor Code and the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education". Dismissal for such misconduct is not a measure of disciplinary responsibility.

5.4. For the guilty infliction of damage to the school or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, the coach-teacher shall be liable in the manner and within the limits established by labor or civil legislation.

6. Relationships. Relationships by position.

Trainer-teacher:

6.1. Works in the mode of the volume of the teaching load assigned to him in accordance with the schedule of training sessions, participation in the compulsory planned activities of the school and self-planning of the compulsory activities for which the production standards are established.

6.2. Independently plans his work for each academic year. The work plan is approved by the principal of the school no later than 5 days from the beginning of the planning period.

6.3. Submits a written report on activities to the Deputy Principal at the end of each school year.

6.4. Receives information of a regulatory, legal, organizational and methodological nature from the director and deputy director of the school, familiarizes himself with the relevant documents against receipt.

6.5 . Works in close contact with teachers, parents of students, systematically exchanges information on issues within his competence, with the administration and coaches-teachers of the school.
