1. 2. Qualification characteristics are used as regulatory documents or serve as the basis for the development of job descriptions for employees containing a specific list of their job duties, taking into account the specifics of the organization of work, as well as the rights and responsibilities of employees. If necessary, the job responsibilities included in the qualification description of a certain position can be distributed among several performers.

3. In order to improve the organization and increase the efficiency of the work of employees, it is possible to expand the range of their duties in comparison with the established corresponding qualification characteristics. 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. A sports coach-teacher belongs to the category of specialists, is hired and fired by the director.

1.2. Persons with a higher or secondary specialized education are appointed to the position of a coach-teacher in sports.

1.3. The sports coach-teacher is directly subordinate to the director of the sports school.

1.4. The sports coach-teacher performs his duties in accordance with:

1.6. During the absence of a coach-teacher in sports, his duties are performed in the prescribed manner by an appointed deputy who is fully responsible for their proper performance.

2. FUNCTIONS

3. JOB DUTIES

The sports coach must:

3.1. Select the most promising students, pupils for their further sports improvement.

3.2. Conduct training and educational work using a variety of techniques, methods and teaching aids, modern educational technologies, including information, as well as digital educational resources.

3.3. Organize a variety of activities for students and pupils.

3.4. To analyze the achievement and confirmation by students, pupils of the levels of sports (physical) training.

3.5. To ensure an increase in the level of physical, theoretical, moral-volitional, technical and sports training of students, pupils, the strengthening and protection of their health in the course of classes, the safety of the educational and training process.

3.11. Conduct educational and training work in groups in accordance with the programs for sports.

4. RIGHTS

Sports coach-teacher has the right to:

4.1. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the sports school regarding its activities.

4.3. Submit proposals to improve the organization of sports training of students for consideration by the management.

5. A RESPONSIBILITY

The sports coach is responsible for:

5.1. for failure to perform or improper performance of their official duties provided for by this job description.

5.2. For the correct maintenance and safety of the registers of the work of educational and training groups.

5.3. For committing an offense in the course of their activities within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Rights.

The trainer-teacher has the right:

5. Responsibility.

5.1. The trainer-teacher is responsible under the legislation of the Russian Federation for the quality of the implementation of educational programs, the life and health of children during classes, the violation of their rights and freedoms.

5.2. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and the Internal Labor Regulations, legal orders and orders of the school principal and other local regulations, job duties established by this instruction, the trainer-teacher shall be subject to disciplinary liability in the manner determined by the Labor Code.

5.3. For the use, including a single one, of methods of education associated with physical or mental violence against the personality of the student, as well as the commission of another immoral offense, the trainer-teacher may be relieved of his position in accordance with the Labor Code and the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education". Dismissal for such misconduct is not a measure of disciplinary responsibility.

5.4. For the guilty infliction of damage to the school or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, the coach-teacher shall be liable in the manner and within the limits established by labor or civil legislation.

6. Relationships. Relationships by position.

Trainer-teacher:

6.1. Works in the mode of the volume of the teaching load assigned to him in accordance with the schedule of training sessions, participation in the compulsory planned activities of the school and self-planning of the compulsory activities for which the production standards are established.

6.2. Independently plans his work for each academic year. The work plan is approved by the principal of the school no later than 5 days from the beginning of the planning period.

6.3. Submits a written report on activities to the Deputy Principal at the end of each school year.

6.4. Receives information of a regulatory, legal, organizational and methodological nature from the director and deputy director of the school, familiarizes himself with the relevant documents against receipt.

6.5 . Works in close contact with teachers, parents of students, systematically exchanges information on issues within his competence, with the administration and coaches-teachers of the school.
