Electronic digital signature(EDS) is a requisite of a digital document for its identification and confirmation of legal significance. The EDS of a legal entity is commensurate in importance with the signature of the owner of the company, but it is not a scanned version of this signature.

Dear reader! Our articles talk about typical ways to resolve legal issues, but each case is unique.

If you want to know how to solve exactly your problem - contact the online consultant form on the right or call by phone.

It's fast and free!

What is

As already mentioned, EDS - props electronic documentation, obtained by cryptographic processing of information (encryption). In this case, the encryption key is closed. This procedure will help protect the document from unauthorized access and changes, forgeries. It consists of a set of bits (the password cannot be guessed) and, within the framework of electronic records management, makes it possible to authenticate, check the integrity of the document and guarantee the signature of specific messages. A digital signature is issued to an employee of the company who will be responsible for maintaining documentation in in electronic format, and binds together the encrypted paper and the secret key. It turns out that without violating the integrity of the document, it is impossible to make changes to it. The key stores the full details of the company, it is only with the person authorized to sign the documentation.

Legal basis

Work with EDS is regulated by the following documents:

  1. Civil Code Russian Federation(Articles 160, 434, 847): regulations for conducting transactions using EDS.
  2. Law 63-FZ "On electronic signature»: the procedure for conducting legally significant transactions using EDS.
  3. Law 149-FZ "On information technology and protection of information”: the concept of electronic documentation and the principles of working with it (search, transfer, receipt, protection).
  4. Law 402-FZ "On Accounting": regulations for maintaining electronic financial statements.
  5. Article 169 tax code: describes how to use electronic invoices.
  6. Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 50n “On approval of the procedure for issuing and receiving invoices in electronic form via telecommunication channels using an electronic digital signature”: regulations for the exchange of electronic documentation.

On the basis of the described documents, the maintenance of electronic documentation and the organization of data exchange are regulated.

Kinds

Law 63-FZ "on electronic signature" gives the following classification:

  1. Simple, which is created without the use of cryptographic methods. In this case, the law requires only the possibility of identifying a person by EDS. Verification of changes to the document after the signature is performed. Used when sending messages to authorities.
  2. The strengthened one is created with the help of cryptographic changes, it makes it possible to identify the signature and change in the content of the document after the signing procedure. The equivalent of this type would be printed paper, which makes it possible to use an enhanced signature in the firm's internal documentation.
  3. Qualified is created with the help of cryptographic changes, makes it possible to identify the signature and change in the content of the document after the signing procedure. When generating a signature of this type, a key issued by an accredited certification authority is used. Qualified is used for any documents, except when the law provides for the existence of a paper version only.

Significance

To ensure the legal significance of the document, the following conditions must be met:

  • availability of details about the company, presented in a certain form;
  • the person carrying out the signature has the right to sign documents;
  • The document must be checked for authenticity and integrity.

Legal significance is ensured due to the following aspects:

  • the signature key contains the full details of the company;
  • when sending a document with an EDS, a signature timestamp is generated;
  • the principle of operation of the digital signature guarantees the preservation of the integrity and authenticity of the document;
  • the electronic key can only be used by a person who has the right to sign company documents.

Scope of application

The scope of electronic keys is constantly expanding, but the most significant areas of use are:

  • organization of tax reporting of the enterprise via the Internet;
  • organizing electronic tenders for government orders;
  • ensuring the functioning of electronic document management, which has full legal significance;
  • organization of registration of new private entrepreneurs via the Internet;
  • providing access to State Register and services of other departments via the Internet.

How does it work

It is advisable to consider the principle of operation using the example of a qualified signature type, which is the most popular. Such an autograph consists of public and private keys. Working with them is quite simple:

  1. A copy of the public key is sent to partners with whom it is supposed to exchange electronic documentation in order to ensure the possibility of verifying the electronic signature. Also public key is registered with the Certification Authority where the backup copy will be stored. Access to the private key is only available to the enterprise owner.
  2. By using software product(set upon receipt of keys), the user can generate an electronic signature, which is an electronic array with
    1. date of signing the document;
    2. information about the person who signed;
    3. public key identifier.
  3. Upon receipt of a document with an EDS using the public key, you can decrypt the document, which allows you to verify the authenticity and integrity of the document.

All operations for working with public and private keys are performed inside the EDS software product, the user-friendly interface of which makes it easy to carry out electronic document management.

Where and how to get

You can get an EDS in any region of Russia. To do this, just contact the public service center:

  1. Fill electronic application to receive with an indication of the region. Then the system will automatically redirect the application to the nearest Certification Center to the specified region.
  2. Provide a complete list of documents required for registration of the EDS.
  3. Pay the received invoice.
  4. Pick up the issued EDS and start working with electronic versions of the documentation.

The procedure for obtaining an electronic digital signature

For legal entities The algorithm for obtaining an EDS is somewhat different from the standard procedure:

  1. Determine the person to whom the EDS will be issued (as a rule, this is the director of the enterprise).
  2. Collect a complete set of documents.
  3. Write an application for a issued certificate with keys.
  4. Pay the bill.
  5. Install software for electronic documentation (most often these are JAVA applications).
  6. Complete the processing of an application for certificates with the administrator of the Certification Authority.
  7. Pick up and install the certificate and keys in the program.

What documents are needed to get

The package of documents for issuing an EDS for a legal entity consists of:

  • copies of a document confirming the existence of this legal entity (certified by a notary public or on the spot upon presentation of the original);
  • a document confirming the presence of the company in the State Register of Legal Entities (valid for 30 days);
  • a completed on-site application for a certificate;
  • passports and copies of the passport of the person for whom the EDS is issued (for the heads of the enterprise - a copy of the documents on taking office, certified by a notary);
  • if the key will be received by a representative of the person for whom the EDS is issued, a power of attorney to receive and a copy of the representative's passport are required;
  • permission to process personal data.

Documents for foreign legal entities

For foreign legal entities, the list of documents for obtaining an EDS consists of:

  • an application for issuance and receipt of an EDS, completed on the spot;
  • copies of the document on the permission of the activity of the legal to a foreign person(certified by a notary or on the spot upon presentation of the original);
  • copies of a document confirming the status of a taxpayer (certified by a notary or on the spot upon presentation of the original);
  • a document confirming the presence of the company in the State Register of Accredited Foreign Legal Entities (valid for 30 days);
  • passport and a copy of the passport of the person for whom the EDS is issued (for the heads of the enterprise - a power of attorney from foreign organization to the head of the department);
  • for a person authorized to sign documents of the company, a certificate confirming such authority, with the signature of the head and the wet seal of the company;
  • if the key will be received by a representative of the person for whom the EDS is issued, a power of attorney is required to receive an electronic signature and a copy of the representative's passport;
  • consent to the processing of personal data.

Conclusion: EDS is a universal tool for ensuring the operation of electronic document management, ensuring the reliability and authenticity of electronic documentation. An electronic certificate is issued by special certification centers and is valid for a year. When providing the entire package of documents, the procedure for obtaining an EDS is extremely simple, and the convenience of using it is difficult to overestimate.

AT modern conditions electronic document management becomes necessary not only for large organizations, individual entrepreneurs, but even often for individuals.

An electronic document, which is given legal force by an electronic signature (hereinafter referred to as ES), can be sent to the specified address in a matter of minutes without any couriers and, at the same time, have a high degree protection.

Therefore, it is not surprising that various kinds of entrepreneurs are increasingly interested in information about, the rules for obtaining it, the possibility of application, the degree of protection, the terms of use, and so on.

Five simple steps

The process of obtaining an EP is simple, but has its own characteristics and sequence.

Decision on the type of EP

According to, two types of EP are defined for use in the Russian Federation - simple and enhanced.

In turn, reinforced is divided into unskilled and qualified.

Each type of EP has its own feature set:

  1. Simple ES using logins, passwords, codes and other technical means, approves the creation of an electronic document by a certain person.
  2. Protected by cryptographic conversion unqualified ES makes it possible not only to establish the fact of signature by an identified person of an electronic document, but also, in case of its change after approval, to detect this fact.
  3. Qualified EP in addition to the above functions, it is enhanced with a verification key. To create it, cryptoprotection methods certified by the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation are used, therefore state regulatory organizations require confirmation electronic documents precisely this type of signature (PFR, FSS, FTS, etc.).

Definition of a Certification Authority (CA)

When choosing a CA, you need to use only official sources. In this case, source No. 1 will be the portal of the Ministry of Communications and mass communications RF, accrediting all CAs.

Attention should be paid to the presence of the UC FSB licenses, which gives the right to encrypt information. It is also important to find out whether the CA provides installation and maintenance services or only pursues the commercial goal of selling ES.

And, of course, the territorial proximity of the CA will make the procedure for obtaining and further extending the period of use of the ES more comfortable.

Applying

It is necessary to send an application and the documents provided for by law to the selected CA. Requirements for the list of required documents for legal entities (unlike other types of applicants) require submission to the CA the largest package of documents.

The most minimal basic list of documents when applying for an ES is required for individuals. For customers such as legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the basic list is supplemented by legal requirements.

7 Certified document on the appointment of the head, if the electronic signature is made for the head of the organization
8 A certified power of attorney for an authorized person, if the electronic signature is created for another employee of the organization
9 Organization card with all the details

In the event that the legal entity that submitted the application for obtaining the ES key certificate works in the structure management company, then you will additionally need to submit documents confirming the transfer of authority by the management company to this legal entity, as well as a package of documents for the management company as a legal entity.

All prepared documents can be submitted personally to the office of the CA or remotely in the form of scans through the website of this center.

In case of submission of documents through an authorized person, a notarized power of attorney and a passport of a person who is authorized to submit a package of documents and (or) receive a certificate of ES keys will additionally be required.

Payment for a key certificate

Payment is made in any convenient way to the settlement account of the CA, of which it is notified by a supporting document.

The customer receives a special, licensed software for using the electronic signature and an electronic key.

Many certification centers additionally provide installation services and further maintenance software, which allows the customer to be a confident user of the electronic signature and not worry that at a crucial moment electronic trading or other situation, unsolvable problems may arise.

If we talk about the cost of an ES key certificate, it is quite obvious that it is the total results of the ordered services and depends on the type of ES. However, the price is affected not only by the type of EP, the possible range of its application, but also price policy Certification Center.

Therefore, the customer can receive an exhaustive answer with exact figures for the cost of the ES key certificate at the nearest Certification Center or on its website.

Receipt of document

By contacting the office of the Certification Center, the applicant must submit the original documents for verification, after which he receives next set:

  1. A file on a media with a certificate of the ES verification key with a paper copy. The certificate confirms the validity of the ES owner's key, which contains information about the person who signed the document.
  2. Installation files and accompanying documentation.
  3. Flash drive (eToken, Rutoken) with ES key files.
  4. Means of electronic signature, i.e. license for the right to use the software product.

Manufacturing

These time frames are mainly due to the fact that how ready and correctly executed the required package of documents of the applicant. Ideally, the procedure may take only one hour, but if the documents are not prepared correctly or in full, then the speed of receipt will depend on the speed of the applicant's actions to eliminate the reasons for the delay. In practice, this process usually takes 2-3 days.

Key certificate expiration dates

The duration of the use of EP is determined one year. Further, the certificate can be renewed, the procedure in the Certification Center follows the scheme of the initial application.

However, there are situations when it is necessary early termination of the certificate:

  • the organization has changed the details;
  • there has been a change of leadership or trustee in the organization;
  • there was damage to the media storing the ES;
  • there was a suspicion or there was a fact of allowing unauthorized persons to access keys.

In such cases, to cancel the ES, you need to contact the Certification Authority that issued the certificate for use, and then issue the ES again.

Authentication and pin

On the site "Gosuslug" you can very quickly and easily check e-mail for authenticity. The pin code provided for the storage medium (Rutoken, eToken) is required to install drivers on the customer's computer.

After installing the software, the pin code on the existing storage medium can be changed.

The owner of the EP is issued two keys. private key used to create an electronic signature and encrypt documents in electronic form. public key necessary when checking the ES for authenticity. In the event of a dispute regarding the authenticity of the ES, you can contact the Certification Center, where a duplicate of the public key is stored.

Creation of workflow

EP allows you to create electronic document management within one organization with the ability to quickly work with its branches or to interact with external agents.

In the workflow of a single organization, ES can be used on all documents of internal exchange: organizational and administrative, reporting, personnel, and so on.

An electronic document, compared to a paper counterpart, reaches the addressee faster, and after approval with the help of an ES, it can be sent for execution at the same time.

The use of EP in intercorporate document flow contributes to quick and clear interaction, building a trusting partnership, because the legal force of such documents will be accepted even by the court. Documents signed with an ES can be stored electronically in an archive without losing their legal force.

Also, the use of EP allows significantly reduce costs related to the preparation, movement and storage of documents, as well as ensuring the protection of their confidentiality.

Participation in electronic trading

The presence of an EP is a prerequisite for participation in electronic auction. Commercial Procurement and purchases under the state order take place on special sites (sites). To get accreditation for them, you need to provide an ES key certificate.

In this case, customers and suppliers are convinced that they are dealing with real persons and can consider them commercial offers. Since the application of No. 44-FZ and No. 223-FZ requires the creation of specialized sites that are different from those where purchases are made not for state needs, then the level of requirements for the characteristics of the EP at these sites is different.

When planning participation in all types of tenders (public procurement and ordinary), it is advisable to make the ES universal, satisfying all possible requirements. However, such an ES will cost much more, unlike an ES created to participate in one type of procurement.

Electronic reporting

Thanks to ES, the process of submitting reports to various institutions and departments became possible in electronic form: reports to the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, periodic statistical reports, etc.

ES gives the document legal force, due to which the electronic report becomes equivalent the usual report on paper, but delivered to the addressee ten times faster. Another advantage of this type of reporting is the ability to scan documents for errors.

ES according to the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation can be considered along with a written handwritten signature as written evidence in case of disagreement and consideration of the case. Consequently, all electronic documents signed by the ES will be evidence when considering disagreements in the Arbitration Court.

Use by individuals

It should be noted that in recent years, EP has become increasingly important for individuals. Individuals can purchase an electronic signature to receive public services: changing the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation and obtaining a foreign passport, obtaining a TIN, cadastral registration of real estate, registration as individual entrepreneur And so on.

Using ES, citizens can certify emails and appeals sent by them to various government agencies.

The presence of ES in individuals makes it possible for legal entities to carry out with them electronic document management. Thus, with remote workers, it is possible to electronically sign labor and other contracts, acts of work performed, acquaint workers with orders against signature, and so on. This direction of using EP is only getting its development, but it has a great future.

With the development of telecommunications networks, many types of business began to be carried out remotely, and such work is becoming commonplace. In order for the relationship between the employer and the employee to be formalized in accordance with the requirements labor law, bilateral signing required employment contract or civil act. The presence of an ES in an employee makes the possibility of remote relations between the employee and the employer real within the framework of the current legal field.

Summing up the above, we can make a short conclusion: it is easy to get an ES, and with it a lot of advantages and benefits. By contacting the nearest Certification Center, you can verify this in practice.

How can a legal entity issue an EDS in 2019? An electronic signature is used by both individuals and legal entities.

This is an absolute analogue of a handwritten signature, giving the document legal force. How to properly issue an EDS to a legal entity in 2019?

General points

In 2019, transfer to electronic form almost any information is possible. This also applies to the transfer of documents when maintaining commercial activities.

You can conduct business online, conclude transactions, submit reports to tax authorities, interact with banking organizations, participate in electronic trading, and so on.

But for all electronic documents there is one unifying nuance - they must all be certified by an electronic signature.

In addition, you will need to fill out a confirmation card.

Where can I buy

Where can I get an EDS for a legal entity? EDS is issued by certification centers.

This may be an individual entrepreneur or legal entity that performs the functions of creating certificates for ES verification keys and other functions predetermined by Federal Law No. 63.

It is important that the CA must be properly accredited. Otherwise, the resulting signature is invalid.

The current list of accredited CAs can be found on the official website of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation. On the home page site in the "Important" section there is an item "Accreditation of the CA".

Video: EDS for a Legal entity with the right to sign for an employee

By clicking on the link, you can download the list of currently operating centers in xls format. Obtaining an electronic signature is possible only in person.

Upon issuance, the originals of previously submitted copies of documents are checked, and the identity of the recipient is also identified. But at the same time, many CAs allow you to apply for an EDS online.

To do this, an application form is filled out on the center's website, scanned documents are attached. The comment to the application indicates what kind of signature is required.

Then payment is made and at the appointed time it remains only to personally apply to the CA for a ready signature.

How much does it cost

The cost of the EDS is not tied to any fixed value. Different CAs may operate at different prices. In addition, the price also depends on the type of signature received.

But for there is some average price within which offers vary. The following factors influence the cost of EDS for legal entities:

  • the type and scope of the signature;
  • the pricing policy of a particular CA;
  • issuing region.

Directly the price consists of:

  • registration and issuance of the signature key certificate;
  • granting rights to work with specialized software;
  • issuance of software tools needed to work with EDS;
  • transferring the security key of the signature carrier;
  • technical support.

As for the monetary equivalent, the average cost of an EDS in rubles is as follows:

2 000 Basic qualified certificate (suitable for public services, reporting to Rosstat and FSS, Rospatent, etc.)
+ 3,000 (to the base price) To participate in the auction (price may vary depending on the type of site)
+ 50-2 000 For government information systems(for tax, for customs, for Rosreestr, etc.)

Among other things additional amounts are charged for setting up a workplace, consultation, urgent production, and others. On average, the price of an EDS varies from 3,000 to 7,000 rubles.

Production time depends on how quickly all Required documents and payment has been made. The duration of production can be from 1 hour to 5 days.

When is a power of attorney required?

A power of attorney to receive an EDS is required when it will be owned not by the head of the organization, but by another employee.

The authority is confirmed by the transfer of authority signed by the head of the legal entity and the seal of the organization.

Documents for issuing an electronic signature can be submitted by an authorized representative of a legal entity if the signature is not obtained for the direct applicant.

The power of attorney provides the necessary functions, which is confirmed by the signature of the head and the seal of the legal entity. The representative must also present proof of identity.

The nuances of registration in Moscow

In Moscow, obtaining an EDS does not differ in any specific features. But you can apply for registration not only in one of the CAs, but also in the Office of the Federal Treasury for Moscow.

12/25/2018, Sasha Bukashka

Probably many have heard about it, but not everyone is well aware of what it is for and how to acquire it. We will try to answer all questions and tell you how to get an EDS for an individual.

What is an electronic signature

(abbreviated as CPU, ES or EDS) makes it possible to identify the identity of the signatory. Verification is a unique sequence of several characters that is generated using cryptographic transformation of information, in other words, it is a flash drive with a key fob to sign virtual documents, put an electronic signature on various resources and more. Just as a stroke of a pen is an essential attribute of using a paper document, so is an EDS (electronic signature) - an attribute of a document created on a computer. Just as your handwritten autograph is a unique symbol, a digital or electronic signature for an individual is also unique. A document on the Internet signed with an EDS has legal force, the same as the data on a paper document signed with one's own hand.

By the way, “cloud” electronic signatures have been issued for several years now - those that are stored on the server of the certification center, and the user gets access to them via the Internet. This is convenient, because you can access the signature from any device with Internet access, and you do not need to think about carrying a flash drive with you everywhere. But this type of EDS also has a minus - they are not suitable for working with state portals (for example, State Services or the website of the Federal Tax Service).

Who needs and why

There is a certain category of people who absolutely do not need a digital / electronic signature. These people get a special, understandable only to them pleasure, choosing and visiting various institutions, jostling in lines, cursing the weather, and at the same time the authorities of all stripes. But for all other citizens who have access to the Internet, an electronic signature can be very useful. EDS for public services for individuals allows you to access the full range of electronic online services provided by single portal public services. With it, you can also:

  • apply for admission to a higher education institution;
  • verify your identity;
  • participate in electronic auctions;
  • conclude contracts for remote work;
  • submit electronically.

How to get an electronic signature for an individual

: simple, qualified and unskilled.

A qualified electronic signature is one that was obtained from a special accredited institution, has full legal force and can be used in courts and other state structures. A qualified digital signature completely replaces the traditional handwritten one.

To obtain a qualified electronic signature of the CPU, contact a specialized Certification Center that has state accreditation for this type of activity. A list of such centers in your region can be found on the public services portal or on the website of the Ministry of Communications. Many citizens prefer to apply for this purpose to the Rostelecom service offices that have been created almost everywhere.

To obtain a special electronic certificate and a flash drive with your ES, you must provide:

  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • insurance certificate of the State Pension Fund ();
  • certificate of registration with the tax authority ().

You will also need an application and an email address.

How to recover EDS

Are you afraid of losing your electronic signature? Most importantly, do not give your PIN to anyone. In this case, no one except you will have access to the electronic signature. If the key is lost or stolen, you need to contact the certification center. There you will receive a new key and an electronic signature verification certificate.

Electronic signature for individuals - public services: free or for money?

In order for the user to send tax authorities tax documents(declarations, statements and other information), you can use the so-called enhanced unqualified electronic signature. Her number is obtained absolutely free of charge, without visiting the Certification Center, directly in " Personal account taxpayer for individuals" on the official website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. Electronic documents signed in this way are recognized tax service equivalent documents on paper, signed by the taxpayer in his own hand. In this case, your EDS electronic signature key will be stored on your computer or in the "cloud" in the secure storage of the Federal Tax Service.

Well, the third type of electronic signature of the ES - the so-called simple one - is your login and password to enter the system. You receive them when registering on the public services portal after receiving a confirmation code. Here, too, you do not need to pay money, all registration is free.

Meanwhile, in order to get a qualified digital signature, you will have to pay in any case, since the USB drive itself, which you will be given, costs money - about 500-700 rubles.

Some Certification Authorities charge higher amounts for the service. In such cases, the cost, as a rule, includes the provision of a special program for using the CPU (you do not have to look for it yourself and download it from the Internet), detailed instructions, or even training in working with a new device.

Register in advance for public services

In any Certification Authority, you must receive a private key with an electronic signature on a USB drive, a public key and a certificate.

In order to reduce the time for issuing a media with a digital / electronic signature, as well as to be able to immediately check the operation of the device, it is advisable to register on the public services portal before receiving an electronic digital signature.

Validity period of the electronic signature

Many are concerned about the question: how long will they be able to use an electronic autograph. The signature is valid for 1 year from the date of its manufacture, after this period it will need to be renewed. To do this, you will have to go through all the above procedures again.

Entity

  • The document on the appointment of the head to the position, if the signature key certificate is issued to the head of the organization.
  • Organization card: addresses (legal, actual, postal, electronic, including the electronic address and telephone number of the EDS owner), bank details, taxation system (OSNO or SRNO), statistics codes (OKATO, OKPO, OKVED or a copy of statistics codes) .
  • A power of attorney confirming the authority of a person (potential certificate holder) who is not the head of the organization.

Individual entrepreneur

  • A copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority.
  • A copy of the identity document of the certificate holder, as well as the identity of the representative of the certificate holder (in the event that the signature key certificate is received by the representative of the holder) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation - a passport with a photo and place of registration at the place of residence.
  • Bank details, taxation system (OSNO or SRNO), statistics codes (OKATO, OKPO, OKVED or a copy of statistics codes), email address and phone number of the EDS owner).
  • A power of attorney issued to the representative of the certificate owner (if the signature key certificate is received by the representative of the certificate owner).
  • SNILS - the insurance number of the individual personal account of the owner of the electronic signature certificate.

Receipt digital signature

To date, the main document flow - registration activities, signing of contracts, submission of reports to funds - is carried out electronically. Therefore, to confirm the legality of electronic documents and guarantee the legality of actions officials you will need an electronic digital signature, in other words, an EDS. It carries encrypted information that confirms the responsibility of a particular person for the content of the document, therefore, it acts as a substitute for the usual signature and seal.

EDS - easy and simple

On our website, you will find detailed information about the digital signature, describe the existing advantages of its use, as well as the opportunities that its presence guarantees. This means that in our certification center you will be able to obtain a digital signature for subsequent use in your commercial activities. The digital signature is valid for a year, and after the expiration of its validity, it is required to go through the procedure for obtaining an EDS again.

Obtaining an EDS

During the registration of the digital signature, the client is provided with a certificate. He has the right to receive individual- an employee of the company who applied for a digital signature. It is important that this person has the authority to act on behalf of the enterprise. It is noteworthy that there may be several authorized persons. Therefore, each of them requires a separate EDS. Often it is given to the director. Although, if an employee has a power of attorney to perform all types of transactions, it will be enough for an organization to receive one EDS.

To work with EDS on a personal computer, a special program is installed, called a cryptographic provider. Data software it is allowed to equip all machines on which the EDS key will be used in the future.
