Most often, such an error appears on the site zakupki.mos.ru, but its appearance does not depend on the resource visited, the problem is only related to the incorrect use of EDS keys and certificates. Among the main reasons it is worth highlighting:

expiration of the certificate in use;
The absence of all root certificates in the hierarchy chain (from the GCA to the CA) - often users forget to add them all;
the need to update all nodes and software CryptoPro to the current version.

The completely problematic notification looks like this: "Unable to build a certificate chain for the trusted root authority. (0x800B010A)". There are also other descriptions - "Error calculating signature", for example.

In particular, registration is possible only if the potential participant has a qualified electronic digital signature(EDS) made for order placement participants in accordance with Federal Law No. 44-FZ dated April 5, 2013 “On contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services to meet state and municipal needs. (EDS according to 44 FZ). The EDS for the Supplier Portal must be issued by an authorized certification center of electronic trading platforms.

Then wait for the customer to appear on your placed offer.
