14. Participates in the selection of personnel, carries out work on their certification and evaluation of activities, advanced training, makes proposals for remuneration and material incentives for employees, taking into account personal contribution to the overall results of the unit.

15. Determines the activities of the sectors (laboratories) that make up the subdivision, organizes and coordinates their work.

III. Rights

The head of the research department has the right to:

1. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the director of the organization regarding the activities of the department.

2. Participate in the discussion of issues related to their official duties.

3. Submit proposals to improve the activities of the organization (department) for consideration by the director of the organization.

4. Interact with the heads of all (individual) structural divisions of the organization.

5. Sign and endorse documents within their competence.

6. Make proposals on rewarding distinguished employees, imposing penalties on violators of production and labor discipline.

The head of the research department of the institute is responsible for:
