Features of the profession

QCD is a department of technical control. It does not matter what exactly the company produces - nuts, dresses or chairs - the products must be of high quality. In other words, these nuts must be strong and the right size, and the chairs should be smooth and beautiful, as in the data sheet. The demand for these goods and the reputation of the company as a whole depend on this. For greater objectivity, the technical control department is subordinate to the directorate and does not depend on the production department.

To check technical products, the inspector uses various measuring instruments: calipers (including electronic ones), micrometers, etc. Something can be assessed by eye, and to consider some small details, I use magnifiers and even microscopes.

If a defect is found, the product must be returned for revision or completely rejected. This is not an easy task and sometimes requires rigidity and integrity from the controller, because marriage is always someone's mistake.
