I waited 3 weeks, but I did not receive an answer, I wrote to them again. I received a call the same day, but I never received an email. I was told by phone that my claim was considered and a decision was made to compensate for the delay in delivery for 2 working days, the amount of compensation is 107 rubles 7 kopecks. To say I was shocked is an understatement. The girl on that telephone wire could not intelligibly answer my indignation. Of course, I wrote to them again, asking for a full transcript of where this ridiculous amount came from.     According to it, compensation for Express-light services is 3% for each working day of delay from the delivery amount, but not less than 100 rubles.
    From this it follows that the delivery of your parcel was supposed to be on August 2, but it arrived on August 5, according to the regulations, it is 2 business days. When sending cargo, no one acquaints with this regulation. That is, when contacting the client, he agrees with the regulations, the existence of which he does not even suspect. I also don't understand why only working days are compensated. But the ridiculous 3% per day is even more outrageous. Bottom line: I paid 1,795 rubles for the service, the service was not rendered properly and I could just as well refuse it, for which they agreed to return 107 rubles 7 kopecks to me. Apparently, CDEK thinks that this is exactly the amount that will allow me to forget my dissatisfaction and use their services again. And on top of everything else, they still don’t write how they are going to return this miserable compensation to me, I asked a question by mail, they didn’t answer me. But what loud and beautiful words about values, mission and rules are written on the CDEK website, and not a single truthful one. Conclusion: if you want to be sure that the package will arrive on time, look among other companies, they exist. SDEC is a bad choice.
