Design features
Machine frame

AT last years we are not like that, we often hear about the opening of new enterprises in our city, and Kamensky Machine Tool Plant LLC is not such a big enterprise to notice it right away. But it opened six years ago.
Then the businessman Sergey Anatolyevich Miroshnichenko noticed that our city is very attractive for locating production, and he decided to place a plant here. Society was formed with limited liability, an area was purchased - part of the former distillery, equipment was installed, specialists were invited.
Over time, they bought more buildings, expanded production, and now Kamensky Machine Tool Plant LLC produces a number of machine tools with numerical control (CNC): milling, turning, carpentry, cast iron, laser ...
There are exclusive machines for the manufacture of carved furniture, jewelry, a large machine for plasma cutting of metal. Such machines are bought not only in Russia, but also in Belarus and Kazakhstan.
At first, it was difficult to compete with the Chinese production of machine tools, but local engineers showed an innovative streak: machines are assembled on the basis of a profile that they developed themselves, and now about ten patents for profile types are pending at once.
Due to the invention and application of new profiles, the cost of production turned out to be low, quite competitive. The workers of the enterprises are quite highly qualified, and modern metalworking and woodworking machines come out of their hands, which are easy to work on.
As production manager Anton Alexandrovich Atamanyuk said, there are also large four- and five-coordinate machines in production, which are produced in Russia very little.

We compete with the main manufacturer of machine tools from China, and there are a lot of other manufacturers and intermediaries on the market, says CEO S.A. Miroshnichenko, - but we work directly with consumers, on order, so we keep prices acceptable.
In the future - the expansion of production, instead of 1800 sq. m. of production space will be another seven thousand. To do this, we purchased and are repairing a former motor depot (KSAT), where we are going to open workshops for the production of machine tools. There will be storage facilities available that will allow us to produce products with a margin. So far we have two dozen employees, but there will be many more.
By the way, we are building our business not only in our city, there is a branch in Moscow, where partial assembly and full adjustment of machines is also possible. It's nice that we also have in the capital, because it often happens the other way around. But, we think it is better if not we, to them, but they to us, because it is important where the taxes remain. And the Kamensky Machine-Tool Plant is gradually getting used to the city's economic infrastructure, social ties are being established.
No wonder last year the head of the enterprise was presented with a letter of thanks by the chairman of the city Duma - A.N. Chernenko. Well deserved award. For the fact that they develop, successfully conduct business, provide jobs, produce products that can glorify our city.
