Incendiary rhythms of music that banishes not only evil forces, but also gray thoughts. And what will your African-style party be like: safari, wild tribe, creepy Voodoo, national entourage?

The most interesting thing is that these ideas can be combined. Within this theme, overloaded with details and crazy color schemes are appropriate. A priest with a mobile phone, a pygmy in a shaggy skirt on the streets flooded with thousands of lights - this is Africa!

The script was written for my son's fifth birthday.
There were four children aged 4-6 years old
Transformation into ancient people with the help of costumes. Costumes - tunics (a piece of fabric with a hole for the head and a belt), painted with batik paint to look like animal skins, the edges are cut with fringe.
The search for food. Thematic treats (fruits, nuts, fish and mushroom shaped cookies) are scattered around the room, you need to find and eat it.
Main part
Children complete 9 tasks, for each of which they receive a piece of a puzzle map.
Important - all answers to tasks are immediately understood and discussed. Errors are not penalized in any way. But the facilitator should use hints (leading questions, pictures from books) to guide the children to the correct answer or suggest thinking about it in the future. In some cases, the facilitator may give the correct answer himself.
Tasks:
1. Dangerous Beasts. The host calls the animals, if the primitive people were afraid of the beast - you need to freeze, if not - you can continue to run and jump. Examples of animals: cave bear, saber-toothed tiger, deer, shrew, dinosaur.
2. Fishing. Fish made of thin cardboard are laid out on a paper river. The children are given spears - slightly sharpened sticks with pieces of plasticine stuck on the end (the plasticine must first be warmed up in the hand). The goal is to catch all the fish.
3. ancient food. The facilitator lists the names of different foods. If the ancient people had the opportunity to try it, the children clap their hands. If not, they shake their heads. Examples of food: nuts, apples, snails, cottage cheese, bread, meat.
4. Fructorina. Children with their eyes closed try pieces of fruit and guess their names.
5. Missing Fragment. The facilitator informs the children that a piece of the card was taken away by a small evil animal. We need to track him down. The tracks are cut out of cardboard and laid out on the floor (it is advisable to wet them so that they hold better), at the end of the chain of tracks there is a fragment of the map.
6. The fruit of a prehistoric tree. The "yolks" from kinder surprises, tied on threads to the upper steps of the Swedish wall, contain sweets and stickers. And in one of the boxes - a piece of the map. The task of the children is to climb the tree and pick all the fruits.
7. Decorations. Beads of various shapes are molded and dried in advance from clay. The children had to string them on a suede cord and make beads for themselves. To captivate the boys with the task, you can talk about amulets (“fang” helps in hunting, a round bead in fishing, etc.)
8. Relay race. You need to go through various obstacles - jump over a swamp (mate), crawl on your stomach so that they don’t notice wild animals, cross the log river, climb the mountain.
9. creative solution. The host, together with the children, is trying to think of what an ancient person could use instead of dishes (flat stones, leaves, shells, nut shells, etc.)
The children collected 9 fragments of the map and folded it. The map of the room is allegorical (instead of a sports complex - a tree, instead of a sofa - hills, instead of bookshelves - mountains). But if you repeat again with the children where they have been while completing tasks, it will be easier for them to navigate and find the place indicated by the cross on the map.
