By the way, I also had to write similar ads a couple of times. Phew, as I remember how long it took to draw this template under the ruler ...

But now we have a computer!!! And, I hope, the Word program, in which we will write such an announcement! This is done quite simply. And now you will see for yourself by watching the video.

The fact is that when I watched the video, somehow some discrepancies came to light in me. Perhaps this is a lesson for Word 2003. Therefore, I want to briefly tell you how this is done in Word2007.

So, first we need to create a table. To do this, click the tab "Insert", choose "Table", then "Insert Table".

We need to select the number of columns and rows. Let's choose for our table, for example, 5 columns and 2 rows. For starters, this is enough for us. Click Ok.

The created table will appear immediately.


Now we need to merge the cells in the first row. To do this, put the cursor in the top line, then click the left mouse button, highlighting the cells. At the same time, we do not release the mouse, but select the entire top line to the end. As a result, the entire line should be highlighted in blue. Now right-click and select from the drop-down menu "Merge Cells".

As a result, the top line will become whole, not broken into cells.

Now let's type the simplest ad text. For example, about selling a computer. Here is the text I am selling a used computer in good condition. tel.555-555-555". Number, you know, invented, but that's not the point. Now we will print the text in vertical tear-off sheets. We write text like: "I'm selling my computer. tel.555-555-555". In order not to type the text again, copy it and paste it into each of the columns using the functions "copy paste".

As you can see, the text in the columns is written straight, but we need it vertically. To do this, in a known way (with the left mouse button), select everything with the mouse. And now we right-click on the selected field and from the menu that appears, select "Text Direction".

We select the desired option. After that we press Ok. As a result, the text of the vouchers became perpendicular to the main text of the ad.

That's all. A simple ad with tear-off slanted leaves is ready! However, it does look a bit uncultivated.

To edit the size of the cells, hover over any border until the icon appears (indicated by the red arrow). And then we move our border in the right direction. For example, I moved along the black arrows.

Now the problem is a little more difficult. To do this, you will need a tool such as a table. You can add it to the sheet using the menu "Insert" - "Table".
