In this article I will tell you how to update your configuration on the 1C 8.2 or 8.3 platform. For example, we will update the configuration of 1C Enterprise Accounting 8.2. The update is carried out in several ways: from the ITS disk, from the site users.v8.1c.ru, from the program itself. For the basic version of the configuration, only the second and third methods are possible. Let's consider them all.

Before you update the configuration, you must create a backup copy of the infobase! After you make a backup, you need to test and fix the infobase and only then proceed with the update.

The configuration update files look like this:

Let's take a closer look at this installation step. The update files are installed in the 1C update template directory. Only after that they are used to update the configuration, i.e. by installing these files you will not update your database, this is a preliminary stage.

The default template directory is created in the Windows user folders, but I prefer to create this directory in the folder with the 1C program. I'll explain why. After updating the configuration, these files are no longer needed, and it is easiest to remove them from there rather than delving into user folders.

This is a purely practical question, the rational use of free space on your disk. You can safely install updates to the default directory. If you still install in a different directory, then you need to know the following. You must make sure that the program sees your template directory for this, run 1C again:

Select the "Settings" menu

Here we can make sure that the directory you have chosen is present in the 1C settings. If everything is in order, click next in the installation process.

We are waiting for the installation to complete.

If you are not interested in the description of update 1C, uncheck the box and click “Finish”. The update template is installed.

Let's start the program 1C:

Let's find out our configuration release. To do this, select the “About” item from the “Help” menu.

Here we can see the following information of interest to us:

The mode is file, it means that you have a regular file base, and not a 1C Enterprise server.

And what we need is the Configuration, namely the name and release version - in this case 2.0.37.8.

Now we know what configuration release we have. Let's continue.

To be able to update the 1C configuration from the configurator, you need to open the configuration for editing. Click "Open Configuration".

After the configuration has opened, you should pay attention to the lock opposite the name of the configuration. If it is, then your configuration matches the provider's configuration, i.e. typical 1C.

If there is no lock, your configuration has been partially or completely removed from support for changes to be made to it. The procedure for updating such configurations is different from what is described in this article. We will consider the option when you still have a lock.

Select “Update Configuration” from the menu Configuration => Support

Here you need to remove the bottom checkmark, because. it is designed to search for updates on the Internet and click the “Next” button.

Here we see a list of available updates from the template directory. There are two updates on my list. Why? The fact is that you can update the configuration by skipping one or more releases if possible.

There is an interim update 2.0.37.14 in my template directory. We will miss him. You need to select the top update in bold and the word update must be present.

We select the release we need and click “Finish”.

Here we see that it is possible to update the configuration to 2.0.38.6 from 5 previous releases. Click "Continue Update".

We see from which release and to which the update will be made. Click "OK".

Answer “Yes” to the question of the program.

In this window, we see which configuration objects have been added, changed, etc. Click "Accept".

After opening the menu item Help => About the program after completing the operations, we can make sure that the release of our configuration has been updated.

Updating the configuration from the site users.v8.1c.ru.

To update the configuration from the site, you must have a valid ITS subscription. For the basic version, a subscription to ITS is not required. Updating from the site occurs by downloading the update distribution and installing it.

So let's assume that you have a username and password to access the site. If they are not yet available, see the article “Self-registration of users by pincode”. Open any browser you have and enter the name of the site in the address bar:

We get to the site, enter your username and password and click "Login":

We find ourselves in the summary section:

Scroll down and find the section “Enterprise Accounting, Edition 2.0 for Technology Platform 8.2”. Click on the name of the configuration. If you have a different configuration, look for it in the list.

A list of available releases opens. We are interested in the latest one, in this case 2.0.38.6. We also see that this release is an update to version 2.0.37.8. This means that intermediate releases do not need to be installed. Click on the latest release number.

In the window that opens, we see that “The current version of the configuration is intended for use with the version of the 1C:Enterprise 8.2 system not lower than 8.2.15.319”. So if the version of your platform is lower than the one indicated, you need to update it. How to do this is written here. Click on "Update Distribution".

After downloading, we have an update file.

Unpack to the directory you need:

The basic configuration is updated from the program itself: menu Tools => Update configuration. To update, you need a username and password from the site users.v8.1c.ru.

Before updating, the program automatically creates a backup copy of the database, but I recommend that you either immediately find where it was made (By searching the system disk for files with the dt extension) and move it to a folder with archive copies, or make a backup copy manually through the configurator.

Now we can proceed with the registration. On the main page users.v8.1c.ru we clicked "Register". As a result, we will go to a page where you need to come up with and enter your username, password and email. You can also provide other information if you wish.

If you already have a username and password to access the Portal, simply enter them in the appropriate fields.

To connect the 1C program to Internet support, you need your software products to be assigned to your account on the 1C: ITS Portal. To check this, you need to go to the "My Account" and select the menu item "Software Products":

The table will list the software products that are assigned to this account. If there is no software product in the table or the table itself is missing, then you need to register the program.

To register a software product, you must click the "Register software product" button in Personal account on the page "Registration of software products":

Then fill in the required fields and click the "Next" button. After completing all the steps, the software product should appear in the "Personal Account" on the 1C: ITS Portal.

If you are a user of rented 1C programs or purchased an electronic delivery of software products, then to obtain a pin code, contact the partner of the 1C Firm from whom you rent the 1C software product, or to the partner from whom you purchased the software product.

4. Connecting Internet support in the 1C program

An example is shown on the program 1C: Enterprise Accounting, edition 3.0 version 3.0.41.60. Similarly, Internet support can be enabled in other 1C programs..

To connect Internet support in the 1C program, go to the "Administration" section and select the "Internet user support" item.

If this item is missing, then click on the form settings icon in the upper right corner of the program, then - "Navigation settings":

In the window that opens, on the left side, find the "Internet User Support" item, then click the "Add" button:

The corresponding item will appear on the right side of the screen. Then click the "OK" button below the right side of the form. If you're having trouble adding "Online Customer Support" to the "Administration" section, contact your system administrator or a 1C partner serving you.

After clicking on the "Internet user support" item in the "Administration" section, the form of online user support will open. Click on the "Connect Internet Support" button:

Attention! Registration of users by partners of the firm "1C".

This type of registration is used for users of software products whose delivery does not include an envelope with a PIN code.

After registering the program and subscribing to the ITS disk, in order to obtain a password for the 1C user site, the user must send information about the software products of the 1C:Enterprise 8 systems purchased by the user to the 1C partner who subscribed to the ITS.

After authorizing the software products of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system on the site, the partner receives a password for the user and sends him a letter in which he informs the user code, his password for authorization on the 1C:Enterprise 8 user support site and a list of authorized software products purchased user.

The user code and password received from the partner of the company "1C", the user uses to access the site. At the same time, the user gets access to the web pages of the configurations included in the main 1C:Enterprise 8 deliveries specified in the letter from the 1C partner. The user will not have access to configuration pages that are not included in the software products specified in the letter.

When purchasing a new software product of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system, the user communicates his user code to the partner who sold him this product. On the specified code the user's partner authorizes the sold software product of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system on the user support site. Thus, if a user purchases a 1C:Enterprise 8 software product that includes a configuration that he does not have access to, then after registering the software product with 1C and authorizing the product by the partner who sold the product to him, the user gets access to the web page of the purchased "1C:Enterprise 8" configuration

Self-registration of users by PIN-code.

This type of registration is possible for users of software products, the delivery of which includes an envelope with a unique PIN code. Currently, these are basic versions of 1C:Enterprise 8, special deliveries, and some products of the PROF version.

One of two conditions must be met in order to register by PIN-code for PROF version products:

  • The registration number of this product is subscribed to ITS
  • The registration number of this software product is indicated as an additional one in the ITS subscription issued for another software product

The procedure for subscribing to the ITS is described above.

If you already have access (User Code and Password) previously provided to you for other products, then the purchased software product containing a PIN code is authorized on the site with the help of a partner that sold this product or a partner that registered you on the site. At the same time, using the User Code and password you have, you will get access to the web pages of all configurations authorized for you.

If you are registering on a user site for the first time:

  • On the page http://users.v8.1c.ru/GetPswBase.aspx, enter the user code (the registration number of the software product you purchased, registered with 1C) and the PIN code. Press the "Enter" button.

The site can be viewed both in a regular browser, for example, in Internet Explorer, and with the help of processing called in the typical configuration of "1C:Enterprise 8" by the menu item "Tools - Internet user support - Configuration web page". In the first case, after authorization, the user goes to home page site, in the second - to the configuration web page.

After authorization, the user goes to the page for selecting the 1C:Enterprise 8 configuration he is interested in. If the user is registered for the selected configuration, then he goes to its web page, if not, he is given a message with an offer to purchase and register this configuration. The configuration web page provides information about its releases. By selecting the version number of interest, the user is taken to the configuration version web page. This page presents general information about the release, list of changes, update order and a hyperlink to the update distribution. If the user of the PROF version has subscribed to ITS for the current month, then after clicking on the "Download update distribution" hyperlink, the process of obtaining and installing the update will begin, otherwise a message will be displayed asking you to subscribe for the current month. It is recommended to receive an update using the processing called by the menu item "Tools - Internet user support - Web configuration page", because, unlike a regular browser, in this case a number of operations will take place automatically.

Internet support for 1C:Enterprise 7.7 users

Using Internet support, 1C:Enterprise 7.7 users can update regulated reports and configuration releases as quickly as possible from the 1C Web server. This requires an Internet connection and the latest release of ITS.

To call Internet support, you need to in the menu "Service" of the main menu of the 1C:Enterprise 7.7 program, select the item "Internet Support" or use the toolbar button with the image of a dove.

Access to the resource on which configuration updates, is provided with an ITS disk and is limited to the validity period of a specific disk. 1C:Enterprise Internet support tools are located on disks ITS PROF DVD, No. 1 “We work with programs” and No. 4 “1C: Consulting. Online support will only work if any of these discs have been installed and are in the drive.
