This standard applies to one-piece and split bearing housings in accordance with GOST 11521-82 - GOST 11524-82 and GOST 11607-82 - GOST 11610-82.

1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. Plain bearing housings must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to working drawings approved in the prescribed manner.

1.2. Cases must be made of SCH15 cast iron according to GOST 1412-85 or other grades of cast iron with mechanical properties not lower than those of SCh15 cast iron.

It is allowed, by agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer, to manufacture the bodies from steel casting and welded.

1.3. Limit deviations of casting dimensions - according to the 8th accuracy class GOST 26645-85.

1.4. Limit deviations of the dimensions of surfaces obtained by processing and not limited by tolerances should be:

according to H14 - for holes;

on h 14 - for shafts;

by ±-£- - for the rest.

1.6. Perpendicularity tolerances of the ends relative to the axis of the bore and the reference plane of the body - according to the 7th degree of accuracy of GOST 24643-81.

1.7. Tolerances of ovality, taper ™, barrel bores for bushings (liners) - 7 each<й степени точности ГОСТ 24643-81.

1.8. The flatness tolerances of the supporting surfaces of the paws are according to the 7th degree of accuracy of GOST 24643-81.

1.9. Working surfaces of bores for bushings (liners) should not have shells, scratches, nicks and blackness.

1.10. The length of the cut part of the holes for the studs is in accordance with GOST 22034-76. Runs, undercuts and chamfers - according to GOST 10549-80.

1.11. Threaded connections of a hairpin and the case - in accordance with GOST 4608-81.

1.12. Holes for eyebolts, dowel pins and lubrication devices are allowed.

1.13. Bushings in accordance with GOST 11525-82 or liners in accordance with GOST 11611-82 must be installed in the housings.

1.14. Lacquer coating of raw surfaces of housings, depending on the operating conditions, in accordance with GOST 9.104-79 and GOST 9.032-74.

2. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

2.1. On the housings in the place indicated on the drawing, the following must be applied: the trademark of the manufacturer, the designation of the housing without a name.

2.2. To protect against corrosion, the housings must be subjected to conservation and stored in conditions corresponding to category L in accordance with GOST 9.014-78. The conservation period is 2 years.

2.3. Cases must be tightly packed in boxes in accordance with GOST 2991-85. The voids between the bodies must be filled with paper or cardboard waste.

It is allowed, in agreement with the consumer, to pack the cases in boxes of other types.

The boxes should be lined inside with moisture-proof paper, polymer film or other materials that ensure the preservation of the cases.

2.4. A document is enclosed in each box with cases, in which the following must be indicated:

name or trademark of the manufacturer;

conditional name of buildings; number of buildings; date of manufacture;

manufacturer's technical control stamp.

2.5. Boxes should be marked in accordance with GOST 14192-77. Additionally, under the main inscriptions should be indicated:

name or trademark of the manufacturer; conditional name of buildings; number of buildings; gross weight;

manipulation sign: "Afraid of dampness."

2.6. Cases are transported by any means of transport provided that they are protected from moisture.
