· independently resolve technical issues by giving written and oral orders, concluding business contracts on behalf of the enterprise aimed at implementing an action plan to improve the technical level of vehicles, within the limit of funds (“Budget of the head of the motor transport department”) approved by the director of the Company;
· independently conducts correspondence on behalf of the Company with third-party enterprises, including with state authorities, on issues related to direct duties.

5. Responsibility

5.1. In this position, the Contractor is responsible for the delay and weak work in the direction of the goals and objectives, as well as the incomplete use of the rights granted by the Director of the Company.
