Log cabin - 445.200 rubles

The cost of manufacturing a log house (well) at a felling site in the village of Shuvoye, Moscow Region is indicated.

Foundation construction - 207.000 rubles

Installation of a log house "under the roof" - 383.000 rubles

The finished frame is marked, disassembled, loaded onto a vehicle and transported to the installation site. Installation is carried out on wooden dowels, interventional insulation - jute. The cost "under the roof" includes:

Metal roofing - 137.000 rubles

The classic metal tile Atlas classic 0.5 (chocolate color) was chosen as the roof in the Badgers project. Snow guards, a drainage system and aeration of the ridge were also installed.

Installation of windows and doors - 360.300 rubles

Finishing the log house begins with cutting openings, installing the front door and windows. The project has 6 window openings and 3 doorways. The price includes installation of casing, plastic windows, metal front door, wooden platbands inside and outside.

Equipment

Walls and partitions
External walls are made of the material selected by the customer for construction (solid timber, glued timber, logs). Internal partitions - frame, sheathed with clapboard class "B" on both sides. Under the lining of the frame partitions, a heater is laid - glass-staple fiber 50 mm thick, the heater is laid on both sides with a vapor barrier membrane.

floors
The floors of the bath are double: the rough floor is a cut board 18-20 mm thick, the finishing floor is a floor planed tongue-and-groove board 30-40 mm. Floor logs are made with a section of 150x50mm, beams are installed in increments of ~ 0.5m.
The floors are insulated with glass-staple fiber 50 mm thick, the insulation is laid on both sides: from below - with a wind- and moisture-proof vapor-permeable membrane, from above - with a vapor barrier membrane.

ceilings
The ceiling of the first floor is insulated with 50mm glass-staple fiber with two layers of vapor barrier. Hemmed with clapboard class "B" from the bottom of the ceiling beams. Insulation is laid between the beams - glass - staple fiber 50 mm thick, insulation is laid on both sides with a vapor barrier membrane. Internal ceiling height 2.1 m.

steam room
Inside the steam room, shelves-beds are assembled in two levels with backrests made of aspen board 18-20 mm.
In the steam room, a door made of thermal glass is installed, the dimensions of the box are 1.9x0.7m.

Attic
Insulation of the attic in the basic configuration is not performed. The attic floor is a floor-planed tongue-and-groove board 30-40mm. The ceiling in the attic is hemmed horizontally at a height of ~ 2.4 m.

Doors and windows
In the bath, entrance and interior panel doors are installed. Paneled doors are not equipped with handles for opening and locks. The windows are wooden double glazed, size 0.6x0.6m and 0.9x0.9m.

Roof
Roofing - galvanized steel in the form of corrugated sheets.
